There has been a lot of heat taken by webmasters lately from their hosts for posting
illegal cart dumps on their emulation-related Internet sites. A discussion of the
"cans" and "cannots" of the appropriate sections of U.S. and
international law that governs duplication of copyrighted computer software is beyond the
scope of this document, and I will not bog it down with such. Rather, below is a list of
verified G/MD titles that are known to be in the public domain at this time. Most of these
are fan-produced, but two are former commercial titles that their vendors have released
into the public domain for your enjoyment:

The only caveat that Zyrinx has placed on their titles is that they may
not be altered (read "hacked" or "trained") in any way. We thank them
for their generosity, and I ask that you honor their request in order to show your support
for such a kind act on their part. These are the only known "safe" titles to
date, so if you know of any other "safe" titles, please let us know.
