Premise: | Arcade platformer loosely based on the live-action film adaptation of Hanna Barbara's classic cartoon. Character graphics are based on the likenesses of the actors from the film (John Goodman, Rick Moranis, Kyle McLachlan, Elizabeth Perkins, Rosie O'Donnell, etc.) instead of the animated series - a point that pretty well doomed the massive merchandising effort behind the movie. |
Impressions: | The graphics and sound are great, as might be expected, yet the level design is uninspiring. Your typical throwaway movie spinoff, which most won't play for long. This is identical to the SNES version for all intents and purposes. |
